There was a anti-drug campaign going on, and what they said about drug taking and how and why people consume it, inspired me to do a sketch of an individual forcing drugs on him, infecting himself with an alter-ego.

An ukranian i met after i finished high school, she found out i was studying architecture, she didn't knew that normaly we don't do portraits. I haven't told her that but she asked if i could do a portrait of her anyway and i accepted.

Fictional female portraits with big eyes and small lips are kind of an obssesion. This is one of the different versions of those faces i wanted to sketch. I passed the stage where i made eye proportions to big by mistake, these ones are done intentional.

Just got home from a group project done in the architecture studio and had this strong urge to draw a portrait. The character's emotion of insecurity was actually mine chanelled into drawing her - was scared because i had this strong feeling to sketch a character in the studio when i was suppose to be concentrating on our group work.

A representation of a cartoon version of me (left) and of a friend of mine (right). 'Not for anyone' means that the stars don't listen to anyone, my friend is a favorite of the stars, she tries to use one as a kite and she is allowed to but when the left character tries to kite a star, he's beeing hung up by it.

Was in a train, tired of waiting to get home, and what better way to channel my mood than by drawing.

Inspired from Doctor Who when Rose Tyler looked into the Time Vortex and became 'God' or 'Bad Wolf'. It reminded of the state of nirvana, of a buddha Siddartha met when he was a boy, the buddha had a peaceful expression, he had a glow that you could not see but feel, and he was nor smiling nor crying. Of course i added tears because i wanted to make the state as expressive as Rose had.

A drawing of a full pose of the character from my previous sketch 'Nirvana', but the concept of this sketch is inspired by Jean Grey from X-men 3 when her powers took over her.
